Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Plan, facilitate, and document exercises and simulations of system and business disruptions to continuously improve plans and resilience strategies.
Coordinate, establish and train staff in response efforts for department-specific response plans and provide recommendations for resilience strategies
Support the identification of BC and DR requirements for hardware or software configurations that could affect disaster recovery plans

Maintain an effective working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery industry technologies, trends, and best practices

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $43.00/hr.

- Business Continuity Admin experience (4 years ideal) Bachelors
- ISO 22301 standard experience
- Knowledge of all types of disasters, natural or otherwise, and their effect on company technologies
- Well spoken; this person will be working with many cross functional teams and the team also works very closely together
- Well-rounded IT Generalist experience such as: Infrastructure/Network best practices, Data Optimization, and Security Operations. That will help in cross functional conversations amongst different teams.
