- Assess current operational practices across infrastructure and end-user services, including server, storage, network, AV, desktop, and service desk.
- Define and document end-to-end IT services, including service descriptions, ownership, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Design and document ITIL-aligned operational processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Design, Service Catalogue Management, and Continual Improvement.
- Support organizational design, including role definition and job description development.
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans to support adoption.
- Align operational processes with service management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Lead development of data center modernization strategy aligned to hybrid cloud models (on-prem/private cloud and public cloud platforms).
- Facilitate options analysis and decision-making for modernization approaches.
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps and tactical execution plans.
- Collaborate with technical architects to produce logical designs, requirements, and decision artifacts.
- Facilitate definition and documentation of RTO/RPO requirements with stakeholders.
- Design disaster recovery, resiliency architectures, and business continuity frameworks.
- Develop and maintain DR runbooks, recovery procedures, and test plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and document disaster recovery exercises and improvements.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and decision documents.
- Support governance activities, including risk and issue management.
- Develop business cases, recommendations, and strategic documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions.
- University degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 4 years of experience, OR
- Two-year diploma with 6 years of experience, OR
- One-year certificate with 7 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service transformation, operations, or consulting roles.
- Strong experience with ITIL-based service design and operational processes.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience in disaster recovery, resiliency, and business continuity planning.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, and executive presentations.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience conducting risk and impact assessments across complex scenarios.
- Experience creating process diagrams, flowcharts, roadmaps, and analytical models.
- Experience in program evaluation and policy analysis.
- Experience managing large-scale projects in complex organizations.
- Experience in cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong change management experience.
- Experience in public sector, justice, or court environments.
