Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and ongoing collaboration
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements for development teams
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future-state solutions
- Facilitate communication between business, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Develop process flows, documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams to support design and implementation efforts
- Support testing efforts including test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of deliverables
- Assist in change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption support
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and validate assumptions using tools such as SQL or reporting platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams
