Job Title: Business Analyst (OPT)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to support business and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in solution delivery. This role is ideal for Entry Level Candidates on OPT who want to build a career in business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support creation of BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations
• Assist QA and development teams during implementation and testing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support UAT and requirement sign-off activities
  
  

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
• Good verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Power BI / Tableau
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting
• Understanding of domains like Healthcare, Finance, or Retail
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
