Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and programs that meet business needs effectively.
Develop and communicate solutions, including technical and procedural changes, to maximize organizational value.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, users, and technical teams, to gather feedback and improve processes.
Simplify technical and architectural concepts for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Contribute to the development of user acceptance tests and coordinate between testing teams and stakeholders.
Represent stakeholder interests throughout project lifecycles and ensure their needs are met.
Analyze and model processes, data, and business rules to support project objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including participation in relevant training programs.
Requirements
