Responsibilities

• Serve as the vital link between business users and IT to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Gather and document requirements, transforming business challenges into effective IT solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system and business processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and plans, and assisting in execution.
• Maintain project documentation and support communication through Microsoft Teams.
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience in business analysis, with strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to translate business pain points into actionable IT solutions.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and supporting project documentation.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
• Business Analyst Certification would be beneficial.
