- People with experience in payments.
- Complex EX systems
- Payments Experience - Nuiances of payments on the job.
- I know MT, ISO - they are specialezed in some payments types
- Integrated Banking Building payments systems - with network, SWEIT, They have done migrations
- Building from scratch is easy, migration is a big challenge.
- WIll working in International Payments.
- Have very good understanding and Diff/ between FED, CHIPS
Should have good exposure on following
- Migration from Domestics WIRES
- Corresponding Banking Relationship
- Tokenized Deposit
- Vendor API for international Payments.
- Blockchain (Nice to Have- one of the 2 BA Position, we would like to have one with TD)
- Self Starters.
- BA who can be taken up as Scrum Master
