Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst - Revenue Management in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality
- Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms
- Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption
- Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks
- Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements
- Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data
- Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification preferred
- Product Management or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Exposure to revenue management, pricing systems, or forecasting tools is preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative development
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns
- Ability to define and refine user stories across technical and business domains
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills
- Understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
