Job Title: CCAR—Business analyst PM (W2)

Core Responsibilities (BA/PM Focus):
- Project Management & Delivery: Leading end-to-end CCAR finance programs, managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Translating Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into functional and technical specifications for data sourcing and reporting.
- Data Governance & Controls: Establishing control frameworks for data reconciliation, adjustments, and audit traceability in compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Technology teams (including Engineering) to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Enhancing workflows and automating data feeds, often using tools like Axiom, Collibra, or Python.
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in financial technology, regulatory reporting, or risk management within the banking industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of CCAR/DFAST processes and reporting requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Python, VBA, Alteryx) and project management systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
