- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Analyze current workflows and develop comprehensive As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements for pension administration systems.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Develop BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Diagrams using tools like MS Visio.

- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT / systems projects.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Proven experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or Agile) methodologies.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
