The Business Analyst will support our client's 3-year enterprise conversion involving including system integrations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements intake, discovery, documentation & traceability.
- Partner with PMs but own the "what" (scope & requirements).
- Conduct requirements rinse-and-repeat cycles across business units.
- Translate business vendor needs into clear functional & technical requirements.
- Work closely with Team Leads, PMs, Integration, QA & Business Process teams.
- Support UAT activities and test case contributions.
- Roll up into two tenured BAs on the program for scale & alignment.
