Job Title: Business Analyst - Hybrid

Primary Skills: enterprise software projects, Azure DevOps, software testing, QA processes, UAT, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, lead reqs gathering, BRD, FRD,

guide & mentor, user stories.

Location: Lansing, MI. (Local candidates ONLY.)

Start Details: 6/22/2026

Duration: One year with possible extension.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Resource will be working on a hybrid schedule.

Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 1-1.5 hours) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable.

Required Skills

• Overall IT experience: Required. 7 yrs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Required.
• Certifications:
• MUST have excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. Required.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst on enterprise software projects. Required. 7 yrs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, sprint tracking, and defect management. Required. 2 yrs.
• Strong experience with software testing, QA processes, and UAT coordination. Strong Quality Assurance experience is a must. Required.
• Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Required. 2 yrs.
• Stakeholder & Executive Communication experience. Required.
