Introduction:
This position is for a Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance platforms, policy admin systems, BRD/FRD, UAT, process flows, LOMA/FLMI certification, billing/premium processing, claims (Life/Disability), underwriting (L&A), and policy lifecycle (Life/Annuities). The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Life & Annuities domain.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for life insurance and annuities products
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as BRDs and FRDs
- Conduct UAT to ensure quality and accuracy of implemented solutions
- Develop and maintain process flows to streamline operations
- Utilize LOMA/FLMI certification to enhance understanding of industry best practices
- Handle billing and premium processing tasks efficiently
- Assist in claims processing for Life and Disability insurance products
- Support underwriting processes for Life and Annuities products
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in Life & Annuities domain
- Strong understanding of policy lifecycle (Life/Annuities)
- Experience in underwriting (L&A) and claims (Life/Disability)
- Knowledge of billing/premium processing
- LOMA/FLMI certification
- Experience with life insurance platforms (NOT Guidewire-heavy)
- Knowledge of policy admin systems (L&A)
- Strong BA skills including BRD/FRD, UAT, and process flows
