Responsibilities / Scope Of Services
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
- Work within cross-functional teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during product visioning and early concept development.
- Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and supporting documentation.
- Support project management activities such as planning, testing, and implementation.
- Analyze data for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Gather, document, and validate both business and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product feature clarification and internal consulting.
- Support stakeholders in defining business objectives and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Define test scenarios, prepare test plans, and support/lead testing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Engage with clients to drive product adoption and ensure alignment with business goals.
- 5 years as a Business Analyst with direct experience in legacy system replacement and workflow development projects.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user needs.
- Highly innovative, proactive, and solution-driven.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple SMEs, gather information, and produce concise documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate JAD sessions, lead stakeholder meetings, and work independently on strategic initiatives.
- Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to create test scenarios, test conditions, test plans, and lead/facilitate UAT efforts.
- Self-motivated and highly driven to produce results in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working in Pension Administration environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
- Scrum methodology experience.
- Product Owner background or experience supporting PO responsibilities.
