This role focuses on analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and supporting enterprise technology initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure technology investments align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to define requirements and validate solutions
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Support digital transformation initiatives by recommending process improvements and technology solutions
- Document “as-is” and “to-be” process flows using standard methodologies
- Act as a liaison between business units and the CITO organization
- Work with product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, including leadership
- Assist in evaluating and implementing enterprise applications, platforms, and tools
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to drive business insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives
- Participate in project planning, backlog management, and sprint activities (Agile/Waterfall)
- Support testing efforts including UAT coordination, test case creation, and validation
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and documentation practices
- Support audit, risk, and compliance activities as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or enterprise technology environments
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or other business applications)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus
