Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience in large financial institutions with a focus on regulatory initiatives (CCAR, DFAST, Basel III).
- Hands‑on experience with CCAR and Stress Testing implementations, including support for FR Y‑14 reporting and related documentation. Exp with 14Q and 14R
- Strong understanding of Market Risk, Credit Risk, VaR, financial instruments, market data sources, trading systems, and risk governance processes.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts and communicate them clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, prioritization, and follow‑through skills with high accountability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage effectively with executives, managers, and SMEs.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Excel).
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Databricks is desirable.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Understanding of financial operations, MIS, data management, and reporting processes within commercial and investment banking.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
