Business Analyst experienced in Airtable platform implementation and workflow automation, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive business transformation within the TV domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis
• Airtable Solution Design & Implementation Data Modeling & Integration Stakeholder Management and Documentation Continuous Improvement.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in building and managing complex Airtable bases (schemas, linked record, formula, automation) Experience in designing
• Airtable interfaces, Automation scripts and Custom Extensions.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process reengineering, gap analysis, and function documentation.
• Skilled in data modeling, use-case definition, and user journey mapping.
• Familiarity with TV content life cycle management and KPIs around content readiness, quality and release timelines.
• Excellent analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

• Exposure to other LC/NC platforms.
• Basic Understanding of REST APIs, JSON Data formats.
