Job Summary The Business Analysis Specialist will play a critical role in the implementation of the Loftware Enterprise Cloud labeling solution as part of a global integration program. This position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to gather requirements, document business processes, support template migration and standardization efforts, define integration requirements, facilitate testing activities, and support change management initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. The role will contribute to the successful deployment of enterprise labeling capabilities, including Print-on-Demand labeling and SmartFlow artwork approval workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain functions. Document current-state business processes, workflows, systems, and data dependencies related to enterprise labeling operations. Define and document future-state business processes aligned with Loftware Enterprise Cloud capabilities, including Print-on-Demand labeling and SmartFlow workflows. Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process maps, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing label templates across multiple legacy labeling systems and identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define template rationalization and migration strategies. Support the redesign, mapping, and recreation of label templates within the Loftware Enterprise Cloud platform. Ensure migrated templates comply with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements. Partner with technical teams and implementation partners to define integration requirements between Loftware and enterprise systems, including ERP, PLM, and SQL databases. Document data flows, field mappings, business rules, and integration specifications. Support validation activities to ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance requirements are met. Gather and document requirements for artwork creation, change management, review, and approval processes when SmartFlow functionality is in scope. Define user roles, permissions, and approval workflows within SmartFlow. Align artwork management processes with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements. Serve as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical implementation teams. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, decision-making meetings, and stakeholder reviews. Manage requirements reviews, approvals, sign-offs, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Support the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to create test scenarios and test cases covering critical business processes. Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and retesting activities with implementation partners. Support deployment readiness assessments and implementation activities across multiple sites. Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and user adoption plans. Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization assistance. Required Qualifications 7 years of experience implementing enterprise labeling solutions, preferably Loftware Enterprise Cloud. 35 years of experience with NiceLabel or similar enterprise labeling platforms. 35 years of experience supporting Print-on-Demand labeling processes and enterprise labeling architectures. Experience with artwork management and approval workflow solutions such as SmartFlow or similar platforms. Understanding of regulated environments including life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar industries. Knowledge of GxP principles and regulatory compliance requirements. 7 years of experience leading requirements gathering, business analysis, and process design initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups and locations. Strong expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, business process standardization, and requirements management. Experience supporting template migration, platform consolidation, or digital transformation initiatives. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Understanding of integrations involving ERP systems, PLM platforms, databases, and enterprise applications. Experience defining data mappings, business rules, and integration requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects, developers, and technical teams. 3 years of experience supporting large-scale, multi-site implementation projects. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and release management processes. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart. Familiarity with ERP platforms, PLM systems, and SQL databases.
