Role: Budget Analyst (with Project Management Experience)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30324
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Department & Reporting Line:
Information Security Department; reports to CISO.
Position Summary/Purpose:
Manage cybersecurity budgeting, financial reporting, grant tracking (e.g., DHS TSGP), and audit support across operational and capital portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's in finance/accounting/business or related; 5 years budgeting/cost analysis/project accounting (public sector preferred); Excel/Oracle proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TSGP/TSA mandates; PM support background; PMP/CAPM or governmental accounting credential.
Skills/Competencies:
Detail orientation, analytical rigor, stakeholder communication, ethics/confidentiality.
Working Conditions & Clearance:
On-site presence for budgeting milestones; DHS Public Trust eligibility

- Track contractor hours and validate invoices against agreements/deliverables; support sole-source justifications
- Support DHS/FEMA grant documentation and reimbursement; align spend with timelines and regulations
- Build multi-year forecasts, support audits, reconciliations, and executive reporting.
