Job Title: Broadridge impact—Business analyst (W2)

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract

Role Overview

A Business Analyst with Broadridge Impact system experience works at the intersection of financial services and technology, supporting wealth management platforms, portfolio systems, and client reporting solutions. The role focuses on translating business requirements into system configurations and enhancements within the Impact platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders (wealth managers, operations, compliance teams) to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Impact system
• Broadridge Impact System Expertise
• Work on configuration and customization of the Impact platform
• Support modules like portfolio management, performance reporting, and client statements
• Analyze system capabilities and recommend enhancements
• Data & Reporting
• Handle financial data such as portfolios, securities, transactions, and pricing
• Generate and validate client reports, dashboards, and statements
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Conduct workshops, demos, and requirement walkthroughs
• Testing & Implementation
• Prepare test cases and perform UAT for Impact system changes
• Validate outputs like reports, calculations, and workflows
• Support production releases and post-implementation fixes
• Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
• Suggest automation or system enhancements within Impact
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of wealth management / capital markets concepts
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact system
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis
• Understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives)
• Familiarity with reporting tools and reconciliation processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services firms or consulting
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance
