- We are seeking a Senior Manager, Bioanalytical Development to support DMPK and Immunogenicity programs for oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA, ASO, conjugated ONTs).
- This role will lead development, validation, and execution of PK and ADA assays for clinical and nonclinical studies, while partnering cross-functionally with Translational Biology, Clinical Operations, and Nonclinical teams.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, ELISA/MSD, qPCR, bioanalytical assay lifecycle management, CRO oversight, and regulatory-compliant reporting.
- Experience with complex biological matrices including CSF and tissues is required.
- Candidates must be local to the Greater Boston area and open to transitioning to a hybrid schedule in Bedford, MA.
