We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our innovative team in the Engineering industry. This exciting role involves working on a variety of projects, including the design and construction of commercial buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on using AutoCAD and BIM modeling. With over 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team's success by driving the development and implementation of complex electrical systems.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our innovative team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on using AutoCAD and BIM modeling. With over 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team's success by driving the development and implementation of complex electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM (Building Information Modeling) electrical models and drawings for a variety of commercial projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the electrical design aligns with project specifications and standards.
- Use BIM software to create 3D models of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power systems.
- Review and update models and drawings to reflect design changes and improvements.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate electrical systems into the overall project design.
- Perform clash detection and assist in problem-solving during the design and construction phases.
- Assist in the development of BIM standards and workflows within the organization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM and AutoCAD 3D.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback on the electrical design and modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling in the commercial electrical industry.
- Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including design and construction processes.
- Experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings is highly desirable.
