Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is looking for an experienced Billing Analyst with a strong background in product catalog management. The role involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to introduce new products and implement pricing changes within the product catalog. Experience with telecom billing systems, particularly AMDOCS, is preferred, though retail or other product catalog experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Manage new product introductions, such as pricing changes for services and devices
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand business goals and product offerings
- Work within the AMDOCS product catalog to create and configure offers as requested by the marketing team
- Partner with the testing team to ensure proper functionality of new offers and resolve any issues
- Assist with release responsibilities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Support the testing team by answering questions and providing guidance on the catalog setup
- Experience with product catalog management (e.g., AMDOCS, CSG, or similar systems)
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, product management, and testing teams
- Experience in telecom billing or a call center environment
- Knowledge of telecom product catalog management
- Familiarity with SQL (helpful but not required)
- Telecom industry experience is highly preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong product catalog experience from another industry
