- Develop and implement data solutions to support decision-making processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards.
- Build and optimize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages/data pipelines for data integration and ETL processes.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain data models to ensure efficient data architecture and reporting.
- Conduct testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
- Document data processes, solutions, and workflows to ensure clarity, consistency, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data improvements and reporting solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Developer, or similar role.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to design and optimize complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS for creating reports and dashboards.
- Experience building and managing SSIS packages/data pipelines for ETL and data integration.
- Proven experience in data modeling to support BI solutions and reporting needs.
- Ability to document data solutions, workflows, and technical processes clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data workflows design principles and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Power BI to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Azure/Fabric data stack
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
