Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining AI prompts that power chatbots, product recommendations, and customer service automation tools within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement effective AI prompts using Azure OpenAI Service and other Azure AI capabilities for e-commerce applications
- Collaborate with data scientists, UX designers, and product managers to enhance AI-driven features built on Azure Machine Learning and Azure Cognitive Services
- Analyze and optimize prompt performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and telemetry data to improve accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction
- Integrate AI solutions with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, prompt engineering, and Azure AI services
- Develop and maintain documentation for prompts, workflows, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI-powered features in a cloud-native Azure environment
- Contribute to best practices, governance, and responsible AI usage within Azure frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, and Cognitive Services
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, and large language models (LLMs)
- Experience with Python or JavaScript for integrating AI services
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning and model deployment pipelines
- Experience working with REST APIs and cloud-based architectures
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance tuning techniques
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and personalization/recommendation systems
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search (e.g., Azure AI Search)
- Understanding of Responsible AI, security, and compliance in Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
