- In-depth development experience and knowledge of AWS platform and services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, etc.)
- In-depth development experience and knowledge in Node.js/Python
- In-depth knowledge and experience of DevOps pipelines and tools (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeArtifact, etc.)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (AWS CloudFormation or Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring and logging using AWS services (Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, AWS CloudTrail)
- API development and integration using AWS API Gateway and Lambda or other backend services
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs)
- Proven experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions
- Experience researching cloud market trends, recommending best practices, and mentoring teams
- Ability to establish credibility and trust within an organization
- Experience meeting with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements
- Experience facilitating discussions across teams during project implementation phases
- Experience ensuring design and implementation follow organizational security and compliance guidelines
- Experience building proof of concepts (POCs) and proof of technology for AWS serverless and other AWS services
- AWS Certified Developer Associate Certification
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (Desired)
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
- Overall technical and IT experience
