We are looking for a skilled AWS Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be the primary administrator for our cloud environments, focusing on AWS infrastructure, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and FileCloud management.

Location: 200 E Grand Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50309

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS environments supporting business applications.
• VDI Management: Oversee AWS Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) workspaces.
• FileCloud Admin: Manage FileCloud platforms (Linux/Mongo), including user onboarding and technical support.
• Security & Compliance: Implement advanced system security methods and ensure compliance standards.
• System Maintenance: Handle on-call duties, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Cloud Expertise: 5 years of experience with AWS infrastructure, including server builds, migration, and performance tuning.
• VDI & Distributed Systems: Strong background in VDI design and managing complex distributed environments.
• Admin Proficiency: Advanced skills in Windows, Linux, and CLI.
• Support & Communication: Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role with excellent written/verbal communication.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and app performance issues independently.
