🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms / UC platforms)
- Maintain and manage AV control systems (Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron)
- Perform day-to-day AV operations and technical support
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to proactively resolve issues
- Work on automation, scripting, and system integrations
- Provide onsite support for conference room technologies
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams
- Experience in AV Engineering / Audio Visual Support / AV Systems
- Hands-on with video conferencing / conference room technology / UC systems
- Knowledge of AV control systems (Q-SYS / Crestron / Extron)
- Exposure to scripting or automation (Lua / JSON / Python / Node.js)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience with monitoring / alerting / logging tools (Splunk or similar)
- Experience in large enterprise AV environments
- Familiarity with system monitoring and observability tools
