Experience with enterprise AV infrastructure (e.g., Poly Clariti, Crestron, Logitech codecs). Implementation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and support of large-scale enterprise responsibilities.

This Engineer will also be expected to deliver detailed project documentation to both the customer and operations that fully describes new implementations and that is used as the primary reference for day-to-day management.

This individual will be capable of installing, troubleshooting, and configuring all Polycom and Logitech Video conference devices and will be able to provide as-built training on the offering to junior engineers.

The Engineer will be working as a Technical Support for Video Conference Devices. Exposure to multiple technology platforms, Opportunity to work globally.

Support for Video conference teams is 24/5 support for the Global Team.
Must-Have
- Maintain enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).
- Use Teams Admin Center and similar tools to support the environment's needs and health for meetings
- Use Zoom tools to support meetings and meeting rooms.
- Oversee operations of hybrid meetings, webinars, and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution across time zones.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues during live events and high-profile meetings.
- Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to optimize AV infrastructure and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage vendor relationships for AV hardware, software, and support services.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for video conferencing support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Train clients on best practices and new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend upgrades or new tools to enhance user experience.
- Knowledge of Polycom and Logitech
- Exposure to reporting initiatives
