Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- 2 years of experience in IVR Testing using Avaya and/or Genesys
- Hands-on experience with Cyara for IVR automation and testing.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining automated test suites using ReadyAPI and/or RESTful API testing frameworks.
- Extensive experience testing REST APIs, web services, JSON, and XML payloads.
- Experience creating and executing automated regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management processes.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL and backend data validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with contact center technologies and customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or ALM.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for IVR and API testing.
- Validate customer interaction flows across Avaya and/or Genesys IVR platforms.
- Develop and execute automated test cases using Cyara, ReadyAPI, and REST API testing tools.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of IVR applications and backend services.
- Validate API requests, responses, and data integrity across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Support CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into deployment pipelines.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test plans, and execution reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
