Responsibilities
Maintain and update AutoCAD facility drawings (floor plans, labs, offices) to reflect space changes, relocations, and personnel movements.
Support and enhance database-driven applications related to facilities, security, license tracking, and organizational changes.
Perform operations & maintenance for applications, databases, and COTS tools (AutoCAD, SQL Server, Oracle, reporting tools).
Develop and maintain VB.NET / .NET applications, reports, and Excel-based tools.
Support full SDLC activities including requirements, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and audit support.
Provide end-user support, reporting, and technical documentation aligned with federal IT standards.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD (facility/floor plan updates)
Strong background in VB.NET / .NET, SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle
Experience supporting legacy systems, O&M, reporting, and audits
Ability to work across facilities data application systems
Eligible for Public Trust clearance
Note
Candidates with stronger AutoCAD experience are preferred, but willingness to learn and support AutoCAD in a facilities context is acceptable when combined with solid VB/.NET and database skills
