Role - Audit Manager

Location - Lincolnshire, IL (Onsite)

Rate - $90,000 – $130,000 (Full-Time)

We have an urgent requirement for an Audit Manager with strong public accounting experience to join a well-established CPA firm.

• 6–10 years of public accounting audit experience
• Must have 3 years as Audit Manager in current firm
• Strong experience managing audit & review engagements end-to-end
• Experience with for-profit and nonprofit clients
• Active CPA license (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage engagements independently
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Stable work history preferred
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise and mentor audit team members
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and methodologies
• Act as primary client contact and maintain relationships
• Collaborate with Audit Partner on strategy and execution
• Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to process improvements and firm initiatives
