Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
- Proficiency with AV compute hardware, such as Lenovo Core PCs, peripherals, cameras, microphones, and room controllers.
- Experience with scheduling panels, such as Logitech TAP.
- Familiarity with AV infrastructure, room cabling, switching, and signal flow.
- Ability to interpret room standards, network requirements, and technical diagrams.
- Demonstrated ability to support large-scale AV deployments across multiple rooms and sites.
- Experience working with or alongside major AV integrators.
- Ability to make on-the-spot decisions regarding hardware reuse versus installation of new devices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while escalating issues appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting room status, scope discrepancies, and technical findings.
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors, onsite support teams, and technology leadership.
- Experience working with AV integrators such as AVI-SPL preferred.
- Familiarity with asset systems and structured deployment documentation preferred.
- Prior involvement in room modernization programs, technology refresh initiatives, or system migrations preferred.
- Assess meeting rooms to determine required hardware based on documented standards and project scope.
- Perform onsite or remote triage to ensure rooms meet readiness criteria before installation.
- Serve as a technical liaison to onsite AV supervisors and guide installation decisions when scope or hardware availability is unclear.
- Provide direction during room remediation, equipment swaps, and deployment issues.
- Support installation, cabling validation, compute device imaging and configuration, peripheral integration, and Microsoft Teams Rooms setup.
- Validate compliance with meeting room standards.
- Execute tasks within program timelines for room upgrades, migrations, or refresh projects.
- Document completed work, exceptions, and room status.
- Collaborate with program leads to forecast deployment timelines and material needs.
- Confirm that installed AV compute devices and peripherals meet approved standards.
- Identify gaps in room readiness and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and deployment coordination skills.
- Experience in enterprise meeting room modernization initiatives.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven deployment environments.
