Role: Atlassian & Asana Consultant

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Atlassian tools, especially Jira administration and Jira Service Management (JSM). Experience with Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Jira, including workflows, permissions, and configurations
  • Implement and support Jira Service Management (JSM) and related tools (e.g., Structure)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve project and service workflows

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Jira Administration
  • Proven experience with JSM and workflow customization
  • Experience with Structure plugin or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Agile/ITSM processes
  • Asana experience preferred
