Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Assistant Site Manager for a 12-month contract in New Castle, DE. This role supports Thursday–Monday operations, overseeing daily activities of Social Workers, Peers, and administrative staff within the Clinic. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high-quality patient care services, and supporting overall clinic integrity. Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in a related Human Services field, have experience in program or staff management, and are proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Job Description
Facilitates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Social Workers, Peers, and administrative staff at the Clinic as they provide services to patients. Ensures that comprehensive patient care services are provided that support the integrity of the Clinics.
Minimum Qualification -
Master’s degree in a related field and/or Human Services field.
Experience in a management or administration.
Experience in managing staff and operating a program.
Experience in Electronic Medical Records
