Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies following detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Perform leak testing and support basic testing and inspection activities
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete accurate, repeatable assemblies
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, parts lists, and technical drawings
- Conduct minor troubleshooting to resolve basic assembly issues
- Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the assembly process
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on the production floor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience (cleanroom experience preferred)
- Basic mechanical skills and comfort performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation
- Experience using hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills and comfort using standard software applications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently (more with assistance)
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, grasp, and move comfortably throughout the shift
- Willingness to wear the required personal protective equipment
