- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision
- Perform helium leak tests and use power tools with confidence
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while meeting quality standards
- Communicate with your team to ensure efficient workflow
- Contribute to cleanroom production, inspection, and product testing

What You Bring:
- 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- Experience with hand tools, subassemblies, and leak testing is preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and part lists
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills required
- Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs., stand for long periods, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
- Quality-minded with great attention to detail
- Team player with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn
