Overview:

We are seeking an Asana Expert (or TPM with specialization in Asana) to support multiple teams in maintaining, optimizing, and building Asana projects and workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary tool.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and optimize existing Asana projects and workflows.
• Build new Asana projects, templates, and structures based on team needs.
• Create and manage Asana automations, including rules, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Ensure cross-team alignment by standardizing project setups and best practices.
• Troubleshoot Asana-related issues and provide guidance to team members.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary skill.
• Experience configuring and administering Asana for multiple teams
• Knowledge of Asana integrations
• Strong understanding of Asana project architecture, automation, and workflow design.
• Experience supporting multiple teams and operational processes.
• Ability to translate team needs into structured, scalable project setups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
