Lead efforts to identify and prioritize predictive analytics projects aligned with organizational goals.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the success of analytics initiatives.
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics practices across the organization.
Ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines to support machine learning processes.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
Proven expertise in predictive analytics and the ability to translate data into impactful stories.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with frameworks like TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Ability to identify predictive analytics opportunities and implement solutions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
