Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction documentation for residential and light commercial projects.
- Lead projects through the design phase, from initial client consultation to final design approval.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Guide clients through material, finish, and interior design selections to enhance project functionality and aesthetics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and design quality standards.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Utilize design technology and software to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and coordination efforts throughout the design process.
- Bachelor''s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and code requirements.
- Proven experience managing projects through the design phase.
- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a deadline-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design-build environment.
