Key Responsibilities:

Archer Platform Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain the RSA Archer platform.
• Manage Archer applications, data feeds, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates.
  
  

User Access & Security:

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  
  

Customization & Configuration:

• Develop and modify Archer applications, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure workflows, notifications, and access control mechanisms.
• Create and manage data feeds and integrations with other systems.
  
  

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support to users and resolve issues.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any Archer-related problems.
  
  

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to GRC best practices.
• Work with risk, compliance, and audit teams to enhance Archer s capabilities.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• [X] years of experience as an RSA Archer Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of GRC processes and best practices.
• Experience with Archer APIs, integrations, and data feeds.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and security frameworks.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• RSA Archer 6.x Administration and configuration.
• Experience in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
