Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5 years of e xperience developing machine learning or AI algorithms and applying pre-built models
- 5 years of experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions into production or operational environments
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Experience writing production-quality code in Python or similar languages
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale
- Experience applying techniques such as optimization, simulation, or advanced machine learning methods
- Experience working in Linux-based or cloud-based environments
- Experience using modern software engineering practices, such as Git, testing, or CI/CD
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field
- Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or advanced AI techniques
- Experience building or fine-tuning custom models
- Experience with containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with distributed data processing tools, such as Spark and Kafka
- Experience integrating ML/AI capabilities into larger software systems
- Experience with optimization frameworks or simulation-based modeling
- Experience working with Department of War customers
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field
