Responsibilities:
- Monitor all open and emerging technical issues, ensuring they are documented, tracked, and communicated to the Project Manager
- Enhance existing functionalities in DPH LIMS Systems
- Document and standardize incoming and outgoing data feeds
- Lead technical projects, work-streams, and activities
- Take ownership of technical issues, shepherding them through to resolution
- Marshal technical resources including staff, tools, and documentation to meet project and operational objectives
- Track and resolve technical issues; Provide weekly status updates
- Lead technical projects and take ownership of deliverables
- Collaborate effectively and delegate tasks fairly
- Mentor team members and support professional growth
- Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, VB.Net, C#, SQL, SSRS, Oracle, and Java
- Experience with DPH LIMS Systems and Admin Console
- Ability to document and standardize data feeds
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and escalate appropriately
