Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve production incidents and problems.
Deploy and release new applications and updates.
Monitor application performance and availability.
Identify and implement improvements in production services.
Consult with end users to optimize application configurations.
Qualifications
10 to 12 years of experience in production support of web applications.
3 to 5 years of experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and commands.
Experience with databases and query languages.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
