We are seeking an experienced Appian Architect with strong business analysis capabilities to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Appian solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Appian architecture, application development, system integrations, and team leadership, along with a proven track record of delivering complex Appian implementations.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications in alignment with business requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Appian solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the application lifecycle.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues while identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Design and oversee integrations between Appian and external systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and SQL-based solutions.
• Evaluate system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor developers and junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder communications.

• 10 years of experience in Appian development and solution architecture.
• Lead Appian Certification is required.
• Proven experience leading Appian projects and managing technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian platform components, including:
• Appian SAIL
• Process Modeler
• Appian Sites
• Appian BPM Suite
• Experience working with multiple Appian versions and platform upgrades.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in database design and SQL development.
• Experience integrating Appian applications with external systems through:
• RESTful APIs
• Web Services (Inbound/Outbound)
• SQL-based integrations
• Knowledge of Appian RPA and AI capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
