This role emphasizes platform engineering, architecture, and operational excellence rather than development alone. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Ansible Automation Platform, infrastructure-as-code, and containerized environments (e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) with AWS experience as a strong plus.

Top Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with Ansible Automation Platform (Tower/AWX) engineering or architecture with experience designing and managing AAP in AWS or hybrid cloud environment
- Strong understanding of container orchestration specifically Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and automation at scale.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and configuration management concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation support.
