Android SDK Developer

Requirements:

• 5 years native Android development using the Android SDK and platform components.
• Proficiency in Kotlin for building and enhancing Android applications.
• Experience with Java to support and modernize legacy Android code.
• Experience in Android Studio and Gradle-based build environments.
• Experience with Git for source control and team collaboration.
• Experience in Jira-driven agile issue tracking and sprint workflows.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate work across technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support a long-standing native Android application.
• Convert and enhance existing Java modules into Kotlin-based implementations.
• Design and deliver new Android features aligned with platform standards.
• Identify and resolve bugs while improving app performance and stability.
• Execute testing cycles and manage versioned application updates.
• Manage code changes, reviews, and merges using Git workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver Android enhancements.
