Analytics Developer - CRE Strategy Reporting

Location: Roanoke, TX

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking an Analytics Developer - CRE Strategy Reporting

About The Role

This role will accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and support the CRE Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams. The focus will be on creating transparency into performance metrics and milestones across various CRE operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights.
• Clean, blend, and automate complex datasets using SQL/PLSQL and ETL tools (Tableau, MS Power Query, Alteryx).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting milestones.
• Support ad hoc projects for CRE Leadership and Executive Committee.
• Manage day-to-day business intelligence functions for CRE Strategy and internal clients.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel.
• Experience with SQL or PL/SQL and ETL techniques.
• Ability to clean and blend large, unique datasets from multiple sources.
• Skilled in building engaging and informative dashboards in Tableau.
• Mix of technical development and applied analytics skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications (Archibus, CoStar, Corrigo) is a plus.
• Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.); Master's degree preferred.

• Experience with data analytics and large dataset preparation.

Typical Day

• Work onsite in Westlake, TX with the CRE Strategy Reporting team.
• Collaborate informally with team members and work independently on projects.
• Attend occasional meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver updates.
