Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain SME for airline crew, flight, and operational systems, working closely with airline business stakeholders and product teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to airline operations, crew scheduling, flight planning, dispatch, and operational workflows.
- Translate airline operational processes into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for technical and delivery teams.
- Participate in solution discussions for next-generation airline platforms, ensuring alignment with real-world airline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support UAT and validation activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet airline operational needs.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs with both business and technical teams.
- Strong Business Analyst experience within the Airline or Aviation industry.
- Dispatch, Irregular Operations (IROPs), or Operational Control
- Ability to function as a true airline domain expert, not just a documentation-focused BA.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage airline business users and technical teams.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation or platform modernization initiatives is a strong plus
