Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead AI solution architecture for Contact Center transformation.
- Design and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, Conversational AI, summarization, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with Cloud, ML, and CRM teams for seamless integration.
- Conduct research and prototype new AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy standards.
- Monitor AI system performance and optimize models based on KPIs.
- Train and mentor teams on AI technologies and communicate complex AI concepts effectively.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (Data Science specialization preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in LLMs, Conversational AI, NLP, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI / Google Google Cloud Platform AI).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and software architecture.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience with Claude-based AI or other enterprise-grade LLMs.
